Water Film Deduster for Industrial Production

Water film deduster is a dedusting equipment independently developed by our company. It has the advantages of small volume, low cost, convenient maintenance, etc. The product is suitable for non hydrated dust with large proportion of substance, such as metallurgy, glass, ceramics and other industries.

The water film dedusting equipment is mainly composed of the main cylinder, upper water injection tank, lower overflow hole, cleaning hole, etc. its working principle is: the dusty air enters the cylinder through the inlet flue.

Water Film Deduster ​Structure and principle

The cylinder is a round cylinder. Water enters the cylinder from the water injection tank at the upper part of the dust remover, forming a layer of water film on the inner wall of the cylinder to flow from the top to the bottom. The flue gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder tangentially, and rotates and rises in the cylinder. Under the centrifugal force, the dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the wall of the cylinder, so the dusty gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow to the bottom of the dust remover , discharge from the overflow hole. The bottom of the cylinder is sealed and provided with a water seal groove to prevent the smoke from leaking out from the lower part, and there is a cleaning hole to facilitate the cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dedusting, the waste water is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the overflow hole at the bottom, which is then settled and neutralized for recycling. The purified gas is led out through the cone part at the upper part of the cylinder, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. If basic water is added to the circulating tank, the desulfurization effect can be achieved.
Water Film Deduster ​Main features

1. The external structure is made of steel, which prevents water leakage and penetration. It has good sealing performance, can be delivered as a whole, and is easy to install. The inner part is made of natural granite, which is machined into circular bending plate, and the overall structure is smooth and flat. The middle part is filled with acid resistant cement. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance.

2. The embedded connection is adopted for the inlet. Generally, the steel plate is made and inserted 100mm according to the inlet size, and the joints are filled with asbestos rope around. The outlet is equipped with flange and the flange size is provided. During the installation, the joint of flange is filled with asbestos rope to prevent air leakage and affect the dust removal effect.

Installation process

(1) The foundation of the steel structure granite water film dust remover shall be designed according to the selected model and the geological conditions of the installation site, and the foundation must be flat.

(2) Auxiliary facilities such as water supply system, air pipe and sedimentation tank of precipitator shall be designed as a whole during installation and construction.

(3) The size of inlet and outlet flue shall be made and connected according to the flange size of our company.
