Hengyang International designs and builds Drying Systems based on our rotary drum dryers. Our dryer flights are adjustable to maximize efficiency and accommodate your specific project. Hengyang Drying Systems work with Frac Sand, General Construction Sand, and Foundry Sand, in addition to salt, aggregate, and many bulk products. Consulting services, individual components, drying plants, used equipment, and turn-key installations are available.
Hengyang takes great pride in customizing our plants to meet your needs, but a typical layout would include: feed bin, weigh conveyor, thermal rotary dryer with burner, discharge conveyor, cyclone, baghouse with ID fan, connecting ductwork, controls and a control house. These can all be portable or stationary.
