For over 30 years we have performed work in many different types of kilns and related systems for customers throughout the China and worldwide countries. We own and maintain all of the latest equipment necessary for lining demolition and installation including, but not limited to: demolition robots, hydraulic lift tables, skidsteers with radius buckets, kiln bricking rigs (several sizes available), powered belt conveyors, refractory pumps, hydraulic mixers, gunite rigs, and much more.

Brick/Castable Linings

Our kiln lining designs and installations involve single component brick linings, dual component insulated brick linings, and single component insulated linings. We also design and install castable refractory linings of many types utilizing form and pump or shotcast methods.

Chain System Installations

Hengyang has performed many different types of chain system installations including: conventional systems and the new energy efficient shell liner chain systems. We also have the capabilities to design, fabricate, and install feed spirals. We have developed many installation techniques to ensure fast, quality installations separating us from our competition.

Internal Component Design/Installations

Over the years, we have developed many designs in rotary kilns to improve, overall production, lining life, and energy savings. This has involved cooler grates, cooler grate lump breakers (where grizzlies are not permissible), conveyor shrouds, burning zone linings, pre-heat zone linings, dam sections, retainer rings, manways, debris chutes, permanent material/debris chute platforms, and much more.
